This rendition of "The Ski" is a nod to a model from the early 70s and Scott has revived it, calling it their "all in one." OnTheSnow testers gave it high marks for three categories: versatility, carving and playfulness. "This ski surprised me with its nimble handling and overall friendliness," admitted Gleich. "It's easy, maneuverable and quick edge-to-edge." The Ski's 3Dimension sidecut design combines a tip and tail radius and means the waist ranges between 88 and 93 millimeters according to the length. The Ski also has tip rocker, sandwich sidewall construction and a full wood core. "It's a little chattery on steep terrain but it's effortless anywhere else," Minneci said. "This ski is like comfort food in moguls, a little soft snow and on groomers—it hits the sweet spot."
