The ARV Ti has been a part of Armada’s line since the brand began. After over a decade, Armada has built a new mold for the venerable model and has added two layers of Titanal and tip rocker. "This ski hooks up way better than its shape looks like," Gaudet said. "It's comfortable on edge and with going fast." Other design specs include a 98-millimeter waist, full sidewall construction and Armada’s Double Zone Core, made with lightweight wood, two high-density wood stringers and Carbon/Kevlar stringers in the tail. "I had to be further back to make it perform, but it's a super fun ski that carves well and cuts up the crud," Schlopy said.
