Mount Snow will be teaming up with Rossignol, Head, Burton, Atomic, Nordica, Technica, Volkl, and other retailers so skiers and riders can try new equipment Dec. 15. It's free, but a credit card security deposit is required for testing skis and snowboards. Register 8 a.m. to noon in the Main Base Lodge. Next day, skiers or riders ages 6 to 18 pay their age for the cost of a lift ticket. For example, a 14-year-old would pay $14. Kids 5 and under always ski for free. Proof of age is required. A second Youth Pay Their Age Day will be Jan. 6, with a third to be announced later in the season.
