Sapphire Valley is hoping to open for skiing and riding Dec. 16, weather permitting. So head out to Sapphire to work towards a free day of skiing once Dec. 16 arrives. Visit the mountain five times and the sixth visit is free. Just bring your used lift tickets. Adult, night lift tickets cost $16 and weekend/holiday rates are $31. You're bound to save.
