The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, a high-end casino-spa-resort in Incline Village, has a variety of stay-and-play packages for skiers and snowboarders. you get a night's lodging, casino coupons, valet parking and two lift tickets and shuttle to nearby Diamond Peak, among other goodies for $259 a night (Sunday-Thursday) or $299 (Friday-Saturday).
