Tyrol is pretty amazing. I was there last weekend withsome buddies and the snow was still real good. Can you believe it, April 19th and 20th and we're still riding at Tyrol! I don't know how they do it but Tyrol almost always opens before any other place in Wisconsin and the UP and is always the last to close.
They have the best snow and the most snow and the best park of anything else anywhere in the midwest. It's no mountain but it's always good or at least the best around. No hassle people running the place too.
My Dad even likes to ski there too but that'e ok because he's always over on the runs on the other side. Besides, he buys the pass and that's cool.

One of the best experiences for southern Wisconsin. Great hospitality, nice runs, overall a very wonderful experience. It doesn't compare to out west or even Northern Michigan, but for close to home and being on a budget it is well worth it!

My very first and sure to be last experience at tyro basin sucked! Lets just say always bring your own board never rent one there! The other places ive rented from in wisconsin ive never had a problem with! The hills also were very disappointing,they were extremely short and uneventfull! Ill never go back there or recommend them to my friends!

tryrol basin has got to be by for one of the best places ive skied, with 10 dollar tuesday you cant go wrong, the terrian is sweet and i hear they are putting in a halfpipe thid year

I used to go north to the UP but after going to Tyrol Basin I like it there much better. The terrain park is better than any resort I've been to in WI or the UP.
