My Grandfather takes me and it is a lot of fun. I'm a skier. the staff takes good care of the hill. They have also good ski schools.

I had the best time skiing that I have had in a long time at Sunburst. Everything seemed to fall in place well. The weather was great, the conditions were good and the lift lines were short.

There were a lot of family groups. The cafeteria was packed with them. The bunny hills were full of children and young adults receiving lessons.
And there were a lot of families at the tubing/sledding hill.

The terrain was well groomed. The runs ran well into each other. I scooted around the edges of the terrain parks to check them out. They appeared very nice and varied to include all skill ranges.

There was a nice cafeteria and bar in the main lodge. The place was packed.

This place i'snt great, but just O.K.

i went during the first week of february and it was a pretty decent experience for going on a sunday. the runs at sunburst are generally short but its a decent resort to go to for a day of skiing or boarding. it was not too crowded for a sunday. i saw alot of people learning how to ski and snowboard and the instructors seemed like they were friendly and knew what they were doing. the terrain park was also a very short run but it had its fair share of fun. good combination of jumps and rails. also the rope tow at the bottom of the two terrain park runs was very quick and speedy so you can get in quite a few runs.

It nice that its usually the first hill open of the season. Once the rest of the hills open i find that it just dosent compare to the rest of the ones near. I never really had a bad experence here but there are better places to go.
