I really enjoy skiing at Owl’s Head as it is easily accessible, offers a great variety of terrain, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the view is spectacular. I feel as though I get great value for my money. I also applaud the resort for hosting the largest ETDS/CADS program in Quebec. Although there are ski-doos that help bring disabled skiers (the few who are unable to take the lifts) up the mountain, they are no more present than at other resorts. The team of ski-dooers is also very experienced and extremely cautious. I highly recommend this resort to any family or group of friends looking to enjoy a great ski day! Don’t forget to check out the bar for some après-ski fun!

Owl's Head was a disaster. Poor terrain, poor conditions and poor guest services. If you are a CSIA/CSCF ski instructor/coach go to Mont Sutton or Jay Peak. You get a 50% discount! Why waste your time or money here? Being from Ontario it's like skiing at home. Why drive 9 hours? A suggestion for Vermonters, Quebecers and people from Ontario don't come here! Don't waste your time or money as I mentioned before. Excellent views, they are amazing. Needs to work on customer service, after all they are in the tourism business and the customer is always right!

Owl's Head is an excellent ski resort for skiers of all kinds. The view of the Lake Memphremagog is wonderful and I enjoy skiing there with my young family. I recommend this resort when it is quiet. However, be aware that Owl's Head is also chosen by the ETDS program to run their largest program in Quebec. What it means is that skiers have to share the slopes with noisy and stinky ski-dos going back and forth directly on the slopes for hours. My young children get scared when this happens and we usually leave. Since the program is run independently, we are not made aware of the event when it happens, so basically this is the surprise you get when you arrive on the slopes. The good news is that Owl's Head is also very close to other ski resorts a bit larger, such as Sutton, Mount Orford or Bromont. So whether you are looking for larger variety of slopes, or simply looking for a quieter place to enjoy calm and nature with your young children as I do, you can always experience the other mountains within an hour drive.

What can I say, what a great resort, excellent slopes, some very good steaps, lots of snow. NO LIFT LINES during the week. Affordable and friendly staff. We stayed right at the resort in the accomadations connected to the main lodge. The rooms were nothing special but comfortable and after skiing all day didn't much care, actually too tired to care.

The food was fantastic breakfasts and dinners were included, lunch was left up to us, mostly liquid. I would recommend this resort to both groups and families. The night life is alittle flat but there is a night club and it usually gets good closer to the weekends. You make your own fun the rest of the time! A real hidden gem, for sure, I hope it stays that way!

This Mountain is a hidden gem! We ski there every year and love the the mix of trails. It is a great resort for Family skiing and relaxing. One key factor is the cost to ski there ( low dollars) Tuesday and Wednesday ($15 canadian). I hope they continue this. The area lacks a night scene but that is easily solved by taking a trip to more populated areas. If looking for a ski package for the area (couples), I recommend Lakeview Auberge. They offer a Ski and Stay deal. Really nice place!
