    I had a bad experience at West Mountain. Their customer service was poor. They were inflexible and would not help me. The employees at the customer service desk were not at all... Full review

    If your looking for "resort"...West isn't your place. As a local I consider myself blessed to have a ski area so close to my backyard. Sure the lifts are old and slow.... Full review
