McCauley is the best fun-hog in the area, if you want to have a king-hell of a good time make the treip up rt.28. Great great skiing, mucho bumps, great bar and great people. The world class ski tuner (Jeff Condon), who has run the ski shop there, the ski school, and the ski tuning has left. His presence will certainly be missed, but Louie is still there with the state of the art tuning. Louie was in the 1968 Olympics, stop by and talk with Him. Great Great ski tuning deals there. Jeff, We'll miss you, you were amazing and not to be replaced.
Fart-man probably ate some Slickers the night before :-) ........... This is my FAVORITE place under 60min ...... Its a small place, but its like they shrunk a major resort, its perfect in shape and descent ...... The terrain park can use a lot of work, it could be a perfect progression park ...... Its often referred to as the Biggest Little Mountain, and its true.

Had a great time traveled all the way from Tennessee to Old Forge. No snow anywhere else along the way. Great conditions thursday before New Years Eve and New Years Eve. Very resonable and freindly atomphere, one of the best kept secrets in New York. Will be back next year for sure. Jeff and Peyton
