I went to pats peak a week ago and it was awesome. I live in MA and i was pouring at our regular moutnain and we decided to go up there. We arrive and it was snowing like crazy. I got my lift ticket a 1/2 day ticket, it was only $36. I hit the lifts. The conditions were amazing. It was all powder. The glades were exceptional. (they did ski off fast though.) i had a blast. there was an event going on but there were no lift lines. I'll definately be back.

I went to Pat's Peak for two 2 with ski club at school. All of the lift lines were too long and I spent 3/4 of my ski time on the lift. The mountain is very small and the cost isn't worth it.

I learned to ski at pats peak. the rentals are good quality, but i went through the school prgram and the lessons in a group werent great. I was the oldest out of a range of 1st- 8th graders. other than that pats peak is great and i cant wait to go this year, (hopefully soon)

I learned to ski at Pats Peak in the early 1970's. I am now in my 40's, married with 2 small children who wanted to learn how to snowboard. From Massachussetts, whare did I take them? Pats Peak. Small, wonderfull for families, quality value. Customer service that I have not seen at any other New Hampshire ski area. And I have skied all of them. I will now re-live Pats Peak, and learn something new with my children, and as we grow, move on, to make room for the next generation to be able to experience Pats Peak at the same uncrowded atmosphere that three generations of my family has experienced. Fantastic place to grow up.

My experience at pats peak was amazing. There snow making crew does an amazing job. Their best trail would have to of been hurricane with all of the moguls and the steepness of it. The lifts are very snow and they should put in a high speed detachable quad for their peak double.

Pat's Peak is a small place but has a lot going for it. The range of easy slopes makes it a perfect place to learn or to re-find your legs if it's been a few years. It's rarely crowded and so lift lines are not an issue. It's inexpensive and offers both morning and afternoon half-days so you can get in a few hours without breaking the bank. From Boston, it's barely an hour-and-a-half, so city people can head out in the morning, get a decent number of runs in, be back after lunch and have spent about $35. All in all, not a bad option.

My wife and I heard this was the place to go in order to learn how to ski, and they were right. We were skiing on the beginner slope within 2 hours of our lesson and perfected our skills by the end of the day. Our 2 year old daughter was in their reasonable priced daycare and allowed my wife and I to finally enjoy our time alone. However, we were skeptical because our daughter isn't potty trained yet and we don't think the care givers actually cleaned her after her messes. Although, it was crowded we were able to get on the slopes and have a wonderful experience. We plan to try other resorts in the area and compare them to Pats Peak, which happpens to be in close proximity to our home.

We have three boys and love it. Given the sad snow season this year they have done a remarkable job. Although, the lodges need help with coordinating space allocation. There is little room for people when school programs are in session.
