It was great, last week of the season the snow was fantastic. 4 yr old and 7 yr old first time skiers had a magic time in ski school, they are great there. they love eveyone. Experienced skier husband had a fab time on the glacier side that lasts til july ish apparantley. well recommended as a starting resort.
i dont know about nightlife, we were all to knackered to see it. our hotel was fab, basic but great food and fab staff, hotel dolomiti is highly recommended for all.

Excellent Resort for families wanting a long relaxing break away from the busy life of the city. Took my 5 year old son and 9year old daughter for their 7th time skiing and there was enough to keep them amused. Maybe not enough apres ski for me and my partner. But overall a thoroughly enjoyable time was had by everyone.

Great resort! This was my 1st time snowboarding and found the english speaking instrucors brilliant. I had 3x1hr sessions and was more than enough to send me on my way. Some nice short blue runs to get into it then some lovely longer runs (blue and red) to test your skills. There were also some harder ones which i avoided too so would say this resort accompanies everyone! Went as a family and seemed to keep all of us happy at all times both on and off the slopes. Ski to and from the hotel too which equals less hassle to get up and get staight on the slopes. Greta time - go there!!!

I am impressed by the huge improvements made at Passo Tonale. Always a fine ski resort because of its high altitude (which means always good snow) and summer glacier skiing, last year it has opened an extremely modern new ski lift system which changed for the better the face of Passo Tonale. Now you can ski from 3000 meters down to 1000 on a 12 kilometers single slope. Very few Alpine resorts worldwide give such a possibility. Easy access to the whole carousel. Friendly people, excellent food, perfect for families but younger singles do not get bored. Superb quality for your money. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

I would agree it is a small and beautiful place to say. It has breath taking view. Friendly people and the hotel I stay at the rooms and food was outstanding. For sking for first timers it is an exellent resort to start, good english speaking instuctors, with the choice to have one to one tutoring or within a group. The resort is ideal for families and for people who like to travel alone.
