The snow was as powdery as can be, especially considering we went early April. Absolutely beautiful mountain as long as you get up and out of the base and stay up the mountain. The downside was the horrendous attitude when renting (I'm talking about you, Juan!). He was so belligerent (at least in the three sentences he uttered) and unbelievably rude that I could not believe the manager that was nearby didn't say or do something. It took the 4 of us 45 minutes to rent with 4 staff members working in the afternoon and we were the only people in there! Won't return because of it.
