The gondola ride up to the base of the resort is a nice way to start. It is so close to Vancouver. A huge ski area it is not. But the runs are reasonable. The biggest reason to experience this place at least once is the view. You feel like you are descending into the city of Vancouver. What a view. And make sure to do it at night as well. An experience not to be missed. Perhaps tie it in with golfing in the morning.

Thanks to Gondola you don't have to drive your car up hill to get there. It's real handy and close if you live in Vancouver area. The runs are not that long, but they are most of the time kept in good condition.
The best I like about Grouse is its y2play membership pass, which is a very good deal. I love Grouse Mountain!

Grouse Mountain is awesome! I spent the day there last week with my family and we all had a fantastic time. The steeps are great and there's so much snow right now! Plus you can get a pass for a family right now for $675 for the rest of this season and all of next year. We're definitely buying it.
