Courchevel Gets the Snow and The Moviemakers

Courchevel has the best conditions of the season so far thanks to a foot (30cm) of fresh snow and lowering temperatures maintaining the perfect powder. This bodes well for a number of major international competitions lined up at the leading French resort over the next month.

After a successful launch in its new format, the second international Rideweek –
A mix freeride and ski movie contest, will take place in Courchevel from 11th to 16th March. Many of the world best freeriders will be in resort for the event where teams of extreme skiers and film makers compete to compile the best snow movie.
