If you haven't been to Chamonix, there's a good chance you've never seen scenery like this. We weren't supposed to ski today, but where there's a will there's a ski. (Oh yeah, and some money.) We hired a cab at Geneva airport with 3 Brits that were going the same direction and got into Chamonix about 12:30. We put on the ski gear, hiked through town to the nearest ski lift and went up for a half day at Brevant. That area has some black runs and great views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille Du Midi across the valley. Tomorrow we get to ski all day. Bark Boy and Funky Pierre
