Vail Resorts is offering the Epic Season Pass with unlimited skiing and riding at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Heavenly.
Arapahoe Basin also is included, even though the mountain isn’t owned by Vail Resorts. There are more than 18,000 acres of unlimited, unrestricted skiing and snowboarding at six resorts, for the 2008-2009 season.
The initial price for the Epic Season Pass is $579 for adults and $279 for children. Sales already have taken off, with 1,600 passes sold the first day the pass was offered.
One of the big benefits is there aren’t any blackout dates, especially at the more popular resorts.
“We designed the new Epic Season Pass program to reward our most loyal guests and to bring greater excitement to the sports of skiing and snowboarding,” said Vail's Rob Katz.
You only can purchase the Epic Pass online at EpicPass.com through Nov. 15, 2008.
