It’s getting busier on the mountains in the Okanagan.
British Columbia’s Big White and Silver Star reported a 10 percent increase in skier visits from last season during the President’s/Family Day holiday weekend.
More than 20,000 skiers and riders enjoyed spectacular conditions highlighted by a 30cm dump of fresh.
Currently Big White has 221 cm of snow, while Silver Star has 220 cm.
