Too Much Of A Good Thing At Snoqualmie?

Although there's been plenty of snow—nearly five feet in the last week of January—it's been tough to get to it, with treacherous road conditions forcing officials to close vital routes to the slopes.

After being closed for more than 24 hours earlier in the week, Snoqualmie Pass was reopened for just six hours before an avalanche closed the road on Jan. 30 and another caused partial closures on Feb. 1.

For those who can get there, the Summit at Snoqualmie currently has 133 inches of snow and reports powder all around.
