Santa Fe joined New Mexico resorts whooping up recent snowfall.
The bullwheels spun around at Ski Santa Fe on Saturday, Dec. 15, loading happy skiers and snowboarders. Recent storms dumped 33 inches of snow boosting opening weekend into days of powdery face shots. Even the Millenium Chair hauled riders up to the resort’s highest point.
The list of New Mexico’s open resorts grows longer this week. Sandia Peak plans to throw open their beginner area on Wednesday, Dec.19. Pajarito aims to run four of its lifts starting on Friday, Dec. 21.
