Get Package Deals At Sunrise

By Becky Lomax on November 17, 2007

Arizona's Sunrise Park Lodge offers lift and lodging packages that save you money.

Sunrise Park Lodge, located three miles from Sunrise Park ski hill, sits adjacent to Sunrise Lake. The 100-room lodge includes two restaurants, a lounge, an indoor pool, a whirlpool, and game room.

Weekday packages for two people include two days of skiing and two nights lodging for $120, saving you about $41. The package rate jumps up to $178 on weekends, but you still save $38. Call 800-772-7669 for reservations.

When I called today they told me that the cheapo rooms were booked and I had to upgrade to a custom. 146 or something per person for 2 days and nights. plus tax and food ,of course. The lady on the phone was a little rude, but informative. Doesnt' appear to be a scam

its called reading the fine print. ppl. 2 days 2 nights lodging, with 4 adult lift tickets for $240 plus a very low 3% tax!! that's only $27 a lift ticket per day verses $46 seperately. and i also have the same brochure as the lady who's claiming false advertisement. get glasses. becuz it says right at da bottom that all packages are based on double occupency. and it says so on the web as well. false advertisement? i think not just very poor reading. peace

The deal is $120 a person for two nights lodging and two days skiing. Like every hotel deal it is based on double occupancy so for you and partner it's $240. Considering the lift ticket alone is $ 46 your staying at the park for $14 dollars a night a person, not a hard choice.

false advertisment
by Anonymous | January 2nd, 2008 12:47 AM

Although Arizona's Sunrise Park Lodge advertises the following...

"Weekday packages for two people include two days of skiing
and two nights lodging for $120"

when I called for reservations I was told by 'Alfred' that the
posted rate was for each person was incorrect and that the actual
rate of $240 doubled the posted rate of $120. Beware to the consumer. This is false and deceptive advertising. Sunrise Park Lodge should be avoided at all costs.
The consumer should take their business to establishments that do
not falsly advertise.
