Bear Creek, partnering with Burton Snowboards, is offering the Burton Learn to Ride package for beginners age six and older.

The package costs $45 during the week and $50 on weekends. It is designed to teach beginners how to snowboard, as painlessly as possible, by using equipment geared towards first timers, a low student-to-teacher ratio, and utilizing the correct type of terrain.

The ticket is valid from open to close. Classes are taught daily at 10 a.m., noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
