The annual Welch Village Fall Swap & Pass Sale takes place this weekend, October 13-14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, and it’s the last opportunity to take advantage of the summer sale price. Monday prices increase substantially. All pass holders receive a 25-percent discount on a fitted helmet from Tyrol, Joe's Sporting Goods, or Pierce Skate & Ski. You just show your 2007/08 Welch Village season pass. An added bonus; pass holders will be able to bring guests, from season opening through December 22, at discounted rates. Welch has almost doubled its snowmaking capacity for this season, which should help assure good early season conditions.
