This is the Fest’s second year, which again is being held at the Minnesota State Fair Grounds Progress Center Oct. 19-21. It includes a huge swap, shop exhibitors, ski resorts and a party on Saturday. Each paid admission receives a free lift ticket at Buck Hill, Spirit Mountain, Welch Village or Wild Mountain.
