Specially priced package deals include a free new-season gear test are available through Val Hôtel and Val location when the season opens Dec. 1. Val d'Isère is also offering a week-end special for beginners through to expert skiers, for "Premieres Traces" weekend.

The package also includes new ski equipment tests as well as discounts on new test equipment, a slalom course for all ability levels, ski lessons, and a snow sports film premiere on the Saturday evening.
