There are just 15 local qualifier spots for Mt. Baker's 23rd Legendary Banked Slalom. The qualifier will take place Jan. 21, and is limited to the first 200 people to enter. The actual race will be held Feb. 8-10.

“You’re (expletive) right I’m going to qualify,” says rider Brad Smithers. “I wanna get in there and show my stuff to the world, man.”
