American Skiing Company (ASC) has entered into an agreement to sell its two remaining resorts in Vermont, Killington and Pico, to SP Land Company for $83.5 million.

Pico Mountain has scheduled its opening day for Friday, Dec. 15th and plans to have top to bottom skiing served by the Golden and Summit Express quad chairs.
