Summer tubing is being offered by Kranjska Gora.
RTC Žičnice and Hit Alpinea d.d. have decoided tubing is too good to keep just to winter in Kranjska Gora. They have opened a new summer tubing run called “Bedančeva drča” (“Bedanc’s tubing”) above the Bedanc restaurant, beside a metal summer sledding run and the resort’s bike park.
The tickets for summer tubing can be bought at the bottom station of the chairlift Vitranc 1 and are charged from one Euro for a single descent to eight Euros for 10 descents. The tubing slope is 70m (220ft) long, 1.2m (four feet) wide and has gradients of 10 - 25 percent.
