Competition heats us back up, as winter cools us down. Now, in the middle of the season, since you’ve got your legs, head to Camelback to show off your skills.

The resort is hosting the Mid-Atlantic Snowboard Series competition March 9. There will be two competitions in the Oak Grove halfpipe. It is open to local and regional snowboarders.

You can preregister online at snoboardseries.com. The cost is $20. Participant lift tickets are $25 for the day.
