Can you ski 100,000 vertical feet in one day? You can find out if you take the Challenge at Wildcat Mountain on March 5th. The 4th Annual 100K Day will be held that day to raise money for the Make A Wish Foundation. Forty pre-registered participants will ski the Lynx trail (these skiers and riders will have the trail to themselves) to meet the Challenge.

Last week’s big storm left all New Hampshire areas blanketed in powder with accumulations ranging from a high of two and a half feet from Wilderness in Dixville Notch down to Franconia Notch’s Cannon Mountain.
