Spirit Mountain plans for an after-season rail jam.
You’ve got to admire Spirit Mountain’s attitude. They just won’t let winter go away. Damage Revisited, an after-season rail jam, is scheduled for Saturday, May 10. They might be able to pull it off because of their location along the Lake Superior shoreline overlooking Duluth. The ice doesn’t melt on Superior; it just sinks to the bottom until the following winter. You can log onto spiritmt.com to check out the details. The last day of skiing and riding for the regular season is Sunday, March 30.
