Ski Snowstar, located near the Quad Cities, teamed with its local township this past summer to grade and seal-coat all access roads leading in to the ski area. What was traditionally a bumpy, often muddy, ride will be nothing more than an unpleasant memory this winter. They also added a new outdoor food stand, Mr. T’s Chop Shop, complete with seating for those sunny spring afternoons.
