"We had 5,465 skiers on Saturday, 6,227 Sunday, and 5,324 so far today, which is a little better than last year," said Jack Sibbach, Sun Valley’s marketing director.

The total number of visitors significantly outpaced last season's total of 14,776 visitors to Bald and Dollar mountains.

The results should be no surprise with all of the snow and reports of sunny skies.
