High Cascade Snowboard Camp is setting up shop at Bear Mountain next month and is inviting park rats between the ages of 13 and 17 to participate. The six-day HCSC Bear Camp, which takes place March 16-21, is intended for boy and girl snowboarders who really want to improve their terrain park moves; park newbies are discouraged.
