St. Anton will stage the cult "white thrill" race in April.
A key attraction at St. Anton will be the “white thrill" race Saturday, April 19, as the season draws to an end. The cult race attracts several hundred winter sport fans to the Valluga for the mass start of the nine kilometre (six mile) race course all the way to the valley.
"The white thrill" is the conclusion of the Intersport Spring Festival which begins April 16. Snow Crystal Week is April 12-19, which the in-crowd knows means the lift pass costs 25 percent less than even in low season, and most hotels and pensions have special highly reduced offers.
