The price for tubing was extravagant! Lines were ridiculously long and people were flying into each other because there was poor supervision. It was dangerous, especially for young children. The owner refused to compensate people for faulty ski equipment. When my son got hurt because they sent a lady down the tubing run right behind him, I was told put some snow on his injury. I asked to turn in the tubing for a lift ticket and he refused- taking me outside and asking other people if they liked the tubing. That was embarrassing and unprofessional. What ever happened to the customer is always right slogan? He told us if we came in the morning, the lines would be shorter. Waiting for over 45 minutes for 1 tubing run is outrageuos! If was cheaper to go to a much larger resort like Butternut and ski or snowboard all day than it was to go tubing at Woodbury for a few hours. We would never go back.
