The morning rain and the afternoon fog yesterday limited visibility on the runs that were open. The race team competition took over the entire lodge, so getting a table for lunch was more difficult than usual. Conditions on Saturday were solid, but Sunday was a wash.
Well groomed. Typical CT packed, packed powder, somewhat bare, but very skiable. They've done a great job getting a good base and getting the trails in great shape. Can't wait for a good snowfall but its definitely worth going.
Despite not having any natural snow the crew has done an amazing job keeping the area operational. Both Gunbarrel and the new run Satan's Stairway are still not covered but hope the cold weather allows them to blow snow. Pray for snow!
