Lesser known place with short lines
Pros: Gondola / High Speed Six Hybrid lift, friendly staff, food ok, 3 mountains
Cons: NW winds at top make it icy

Worth the extra drive
Pros: Beautiful views, 3 lodges, long runs, excellent food services, nice lodge at top
Cons: Lifts could be updated, no onsite accommodation
In eastern Canada this is my favourite place to ski. Even on weekends the lineups are minimal unlike at Mont Ste-Anne or Tremblant where you spend all day in line. Starting out... Full review

Great place not too far from the city
Pros: Close to Ottawa, Lots of runs lit up at night, good snow making
Cons: long lines on weekends, lodge needs updating, healthier food choices hard to find
