It was pretty icy for sure, that's the challenge because you can get really fast with it. And if you make a wrong turn you might just do a little tumble and slide down with your back while coming down the slope just like what my coworker did the other day LOL! They are still open, just give them a call to make sure that they are still open. Hopefully it will snow by next week as they predicted. They only opened two lifts, one by the green and blue runs, and the one in the middle...which takes you all the way to the top.
Probably not at Alpine this season...next season. However, we will be going to Devil's Head this Thursday March 5, 2009 coming up...hoping that it is not going to rain. I will definitely put pictures and reviews about it. This maybe my last trip for skiing this season.
Thanks! I use a panasonic camera LZs model. I read a lot of your reviews, and I'm surprise that you haven't gone to Devil's Head. I believe it is better than Cascade..since they are just right next to each other.
