This is good to hear. When I stayed in Park City in 2002 the bars made you fill out a card, and you felt like you were being watched, which made for a slightly uncomfortable night out. Bars directy at Park City Mountain Resort just let you order whatever beers / drinks you wanted, no cards to be filled out, less hastle, and thus I felt comfortable. So its good to hear the Utah bars will be more open minded when it comes to serving alcohol, especially since I'm thinking of going back to go skiing.
I love this site, I think its the best site for resort reviews. It takes a few brave souls to post something interesting or pose a question to get people to be more active on this site, so with that being said, I'll check out your "Bucket List"!
