Grooming the Jane would be a sacrilege it’s a shame that they’ve decided to knock down half of Derailer and make Gandy an extra wide Marry Jane Trail every few weeks. There is ample open skiing on the Park side and if you want to avoid people all together swing far skiers left and ski the Vasquez Ridge off the Pioneer lift, the flat section at the bottom can be cleared with a bit of speed when you know to plan for it. One of the best parts of the mountain is the fact that you can ski five star bumps from the top of the Summit Chair (it’ll never be the Super Gage to me) clear to the bottom. But if you’re a true bump junky you’ll lap the C lift all day until it’s time to catch a beer in your front row parking spot in the Corona lot. From a long time local, turned front range weekend warrior "Interwest don't ruin the Jane, us real skiers have no where else to go"
