Horrible customer service, too many people
The first experience I had in the first 5 minutes of being here was not good. We were the only people in the rental shop and three people stood around talking to each other, ignoring us as we tried to get their attention. When they finally broke away from their gossip session, they were very rude to us. Then we stood in the ticket line for 15 minutes as one guy helped the only person in front of us and another guy walked around acting like he was working. Then, finally about 10 minutes later he decided to open a register to help the twenty people who were waiting to get a ticket. As we said thank you for our tickets, he didn't give a thank you back. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen at a Colorado Resort. There is also way too many people on the mountain. We will choose our vacation else where in the future.
