MJ mountain is the absolute best
Can't think of any cons
I visited WP/MJ on February 4-5 2010. The resort is somewhat off the beaten path, I believe about 45 minutes off I-70. Parking at the resort is good due to a gondala shuttle from the parking lot to the village. There was no waiting on the lift lines, not even first thing in the morning. Once at the top of WP mountain, there are numerous trails of all skill levels.
After a few runs on WP mountain, I went over to MJ. Wow, what a great mountain, This mountain is more geared toward Blues/Blacks with lots of tree skiing. The trails here range from long and windy to straight down. Lots of variety. If you get tired of the slopes, it's easy to duck into the trees and continue down the mountain. The trees is where I had the most fun. You can make your own trail or follow other trails in the trees. It's a great challenge, also a blast. Several glades on the mountain make for lots of fun.
Overall, this is a great resort for all skill levels. Lots of greens/blues on WP and blues/blacks on MJ. This resort has more of a "woods" feel to it. Not a lot of manmade stuff. The village is also veru nice. Several restaurants and shops. I can't say anything bad about the resort as a whole. What a great place.
