The views from See Forever are great, can see the La Salle Mountains near Moab and you're surrounded by tall peaks on 3 sides. When it snows it's gorgeous. Somehow the terrain just doesn't meet my favorite requirements. The Spiral Stairs and Plunge are so steep I work on them, especially cause there's usually not enough snow.
There just isn't enough blacks on this mountain. Tons of blues, though. I'm more a tree skier than groomed runs.
The town is great. I love it summer (mountain biking and bluegrass) and winter. Restaurants are excellent and very diversified in tastes and price.
Flying into Telluride's airport can be scary.
