We visited Steamboat in February of 2009. Oh my gosh - what a wonderful ski resort! It was my first time there, and my first time skiing in champagne powder - wow! All I can say is that I felt I was in a television commercial - everything was perfect! Breathtaking scenary, great ski runs and the sweetest, lightest powder I've ever had the pleasure of skiing on! And - lots to do besides skiing! Try the snow tubing and the cross country trails! Lots of friendly people, lots of clear, pristine mountain air, and very helpful staff.
