    Too bad for shotskills!

    Pros: usually has great snow, deep powder and sick tree runs!

    Cons: it is pricey for tickets, slow night life

    steamboat - best powder ever

    Pros: light dry powder, fast lifts, tree runs aplenty, great ski town

    Cons: little icy on lower runs and merge areas

    Steamboat was the last stop on our pow pow platter. We were there on a saturday, which meant it got fairly busy by the afternoon, but we still never waite... Full review

    Family friendly: College student unfriendly!

    Pros: better than the midwest.

    Cons: Expensive! Colorado is severely overrated = understatement

    In short, save yourself some money and ski better lines/deeper powder elsewhere. You may get lucky and get snow, but compared to Jackson Hole, Grand Targhee... Full review
