Keystone wasn't really that bad yesterday. The majority of the backup was due to the main chair lift at the bottom of dercum dash not letting more than the singles line run mid day. They dropped a few extra ropes around 1 and let you get some freshies.
With the little amount of terrain open, and thanksgiving vacationers arriving, I spent 15 minutes per lift line and about 3-4 minutes of actual riding. Only stayed an hour. Coverage is good on what's open.
you are crazy. it has nothing to do with ski patrol. they are all around and ready to work. the ski area management will decide how much terrain opens and how many patrollers go to work. it's all about money and nothing else. ski patrol is there because they love skiing and helping people
