Keystone Overview

Keystone

Keystone offers many dining options from on-mountain cafeteria style to fine dining. There's live music for apres-ski and Greenlight is Keystone's newest nightclub in River Run Village. Both Lakeside Village and River Run offer shopping in a variety of specialty shops; ski shops are located at both of the mountain base villages. Nursery, child care and children's ski school are available at the mountain for ages two months and up including learn-to-ski programs beginning at age three. The Snake River Health Clinic is located at the base of Mountain House. Ski rentals are available at the base areas; snowshoe and cross-country ski rentals are offered at Keystone's Nordic center. Ski and snowboard lessons are offered through Keystone University for all ability levels, and handicapped programs are available with advance reservations.

    Always Fun

    Pros: Diversity of Terrain, Expansive, Tree Skiing, Cliffs, Goes on
    Cons: Parking, Expensive Shops/Restaurants... (Essentially avoid the base area)

    Great when theres snow

    Pros: lots of terrain, easy to get to, night skiing, A-51
    Cons: icy, low snowfall totals, can get crowded
