Full review

Just back from Easter at Keystone and happy to report excellent skiing. We were certainly helped by the new snow on Saturday and Sunday and we were happy to see that Keystone was fully open with most lifts and trails open and no waiting at all on lift lines. We stayed at River Run Village in Expedition Station Condos which was a short walk to the Gondola and even shorter walk to the main River Run Village with all shops and restaurants fully open with their very friendly staff. Everyone in Keystone was great. It is really a great mountain with long groomed cruiser trails and challenging upper mountain terrain and bowls. Keystone is truly one of Colorado top resorts but based on the limited crowds, perhaps still a bit undiscovered. Only 2 hours from Denver Airport on the interstate, it is easy to access, but due to the high altitude we would recommend a night in Denver at 5000 feet before checking in to the base mountain which exceeds 9000 feet. Great mountain, great accommodations and happy friendly people, what more can you want on your vacation?
