long runs, awesome bowls, free granola bars
Coming from the east coast, I had never skied in really deep powder, but I found some at Keystone, even though the area has been short on snow this year. We found it at the top of Keystone's bowls, which we had to hike to, because the snowcat was not running. Not many people were attempting the hike...you've got to be in good condition, but it was totally worth it. I'll admit I got in a little over my head once, but the ski patrol were there to help. They are absolutely wonderful people. As for the village, I can't say much. I was only there for day trips...it looks nice. They have free parking!
